In what is a rather surprising global development, North Korea has reported surpassed El Salvador in total Bitcoin holdings after its most recent $1.4 billion Bybit hack. The Bank of Korea (BOK) has dismissed the possibility of establishing a strategic bitcoin reserve, citing concerns over price volatility and risks.
